- 1814 Mass in F major, Symphony No.1 in D Major, twenty Lieder including Gretchen am Spinnrade
- 1815 Second and Third Symphony, several piano pieces and choral works, 150 Lieder, including Heidenröslein and Der Erlkönig, and a few operas.
- 1817 Symphony no. 4 in C minor (”Tragic”), Symphony no. 5 in B-flat major
